Meet The Founder

Jillian Johnson

Visionary & Voice

The journey to founding Pyli Wellness began nearly eight years ago when Jillian launched Simply J, a company that supports wellness organizations with data clarity. She believed that understanding a business’s financial “tea leaves” is the first step on the path to financial wellness. And financial wellness, she discovered, impacts every other facet of well-being. The true why for Simply J was creating a culture for women of the organization including customers and vendors. The how is by providing financial data clarity…

As she partnered with wellness organizations across the globe, she began to uncover something deeper. Her true why wasn’t just about numbers, it was about people. She became passionate about building a culture and community where women, especially, could thrive, collaborate, communicate, learn, and teach.

Her personal wellness journey blossomed alongside her professional one. Through years of study, practice, and exploration, she embraced thousands of wellness tools and techniques eventually introducing finances to the foundational pillars of soul, mind and body.

Her own personal wellness regime includes plant medicine, meditation, yoga, dance, and powerful mindset work, which have helped her step into the version of herself she always knew she could be.

After working side by side with hundreds of wellness organizations, she began to notice common struggles particularly around financial health. These insights, combined with her passion for holistic well-being, became the foundation for Pyli Wellness.

Pyli is more than a company. It’s a movement, a support system, and a thriving community for those who are ready to align their purpose with their wellness, mind, body, spirit, and finances.

Emily DeNault

Emily DeNault has taken her 10+ year career in chemistry and bio-testing to the next level with Bowen. A loving woman of 3 teenage boys, mom, and wife, she brings her kind nature to her Bowen practice although we also crown her the ‘archeologist of tenderness!’

Bowen therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that aims to relieve pain and tension by stimulating the body’s neuromuscular and fascial systems. Practitioners use small, precise rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and ligaments, which activate specialized sensory nerves embedded within the fascial network.

Leah McCrory

Leah’s spiritual awaken has had many phases, it has had many births and deaths of different versions of herself. The earliest moment she remembers was when she was six years old. Her best friend, who lived across the street, was on vacation. She sat at the top of her swing set in her backyard, and she thought to herself, “I am still touching Bry because I am touching my swing set and my swing set is touching the grass and the grass is touching the road and the road is touching where ever she is.” She thought, “I am touching everything! Well maybe not China or anything on the other side of the ocean.” and then she realized, “wait! I am touching China because the road touches the sand the sand touches the ocean…” And BOOM, something spoke to her, she felt a warmth wrap around her and tell her, “You understand.” She had her first spiritual awakening, her first conscious conversation with her highest self. She never forgot this moment.

Over 20 years later, when she is asked by someone where they should start when getting into spirituality and healing, she tells them start to with their chakra’s. Start with understanding that everything is energy, frequency, and vibration. She tells them to learn about their own energy imbalances and what the causes are. She find that from here, people then begin to reawaken to their own path. She had watched dozens of people reawaken to themselves. Each time she is thanked, she reminds them that it is all them. She reminds them that everything they is from within.

A major theme she repeats to those who find their path crosses hers in workshops, classes, or at the studio, is that the biggest illusion we all face is that there is any separation of ourselves not just to anyone but to anything. She preaches that we are all mirrors to one another, and that any interaction with another being is an interaction with another version of ourselves.

She use yoga as a tool to serve others. She has been practicing and teaching for over ten years. She cultivates a space of community acceptance. Her classes are a full sensory experience, incorporating touch, smell, taste, sound, and sight. She sees herself as a guide to help people cross the bridge back to themselves while continuously and vigorously always honoring her own spiritual and healing path.
