Qigong: Stay Calm, Stay Strong

In these uncertain times, your nervous system needs care. Qigong is a powerful way to stay grounded, resilient and connected to the light during difficult times.  Worry, fear and tension lighten and lose their grip. We gain inner strength, peace and build the muscles we need to stay calm as we witness and face challenges.  It’s also FREE MEDICINE for the body where we access our healer within as we activate the relaxation response in our body.  Qigong is effective for transforming pain into peace.

Join us for a gentle yet powerful weekly practice to release tension, calm anxiety and restore your inner strength-no mat or experience needed. Just come as you are.  Let this hour be your reset.

Class includes

  • Warm-ups to release tension and lubricate the joints
  • Fun Active Breath-work with movement to release “issues in our tissues”
  • Tranquil Qigong to calm the nervous system
  • Self-Massage and Self-Acupressure Techniques to access your healer within any time
  • Walking Meditation to ground and reclaim peace.

The flow of this class is thoughtfully designed to support all levels of healing and to provide you with the profound benefits of Qigong.

Led by an instructor with over two decades of teaching experience.  Lynne Nicole Smith, founder of Qigong Infused Yoga® has taught at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Omega Institute and Esalen Institute.  She leads regular programs at the University of Massachusetts and teaches at various venues in her local community and online.
